This notice covers the public contact form, basic website analytics, and initial project communication. Formal project data handling is agreed separately.
Basic analytics
The site records page, case, contact, and submission events. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track prevents these events from being sent.
Retention
New enquiries that do not become formal projects are normally kept for no more than 90 days.
Access and deletion

Service providers
Hosting, security, and email infrastructure support the site; project-specific providers are confirmed before integration.
